SYNOPSIS :
On the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, a Syrian Father makes a risky decision that puts his daughter’s life at risk.

BIO-FILMO OF THE DIRECTORS :
Rana Kazkaz and Anas Khalaf are Syrians with dual French citizenship. Married, they are currently living in Amman (Jordan) after having left Damascus as a result of the on- going Syrian conflict. They are the authors and directors of four short films (Mare Nostrum, Ham, Deaf Day, Kemo Sabe) and the documentary Searching for the Translator which détails their quest to find Syrian refugees living in Jordan who they could train to be actors in their upcoming feature film The Translator.
